We all know Starbucks for their classic Pumpkin Spice Lattes in the fall and most people are big fans of their seasonal menus, but this year there were multiple new additions to the menu. Each year, the company releases their fall menu in late August and replaces it with their winter menu in early November. I love seeing this year’s menu changed and enjoyed going back to and trying their fall items.
This year, the fall menu left us for the year on Nov. 6. While the fall menu was only available for a little bit, the items included were too delicious to pass on.
The hot drinks that were available this year were the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte and the delicious Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. These two beverages can also be served iced and the other iced beverages available are the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, the Pumpkin Cream Chai and the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Starbucks is known to be very versatile, pleasing customers who like sweeter beverages and those who love the classics. Their seasonal menu’s drinks are sweeter than the average latte or chai, but they are a great treat!
The seasonal food items that they had available for the season were the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, the Pumpkin and Pepita (pumpkin seed) Loaf, the Raccoon Cake Pop and the Baked Apple Croissant.
While I have tried most of the items on this menu throughout the years, my favorite drink was the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and my favorite food item was the Baked Apple Croissant. I have enjoyed the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai since it came out and I already miss it on the menu after a week of its absence. It is a special drink to many (myself included) and is delicious each time I go. When it’s available, I find myself going to Starbucks more than I do regularly; usually it’s just a treat for me but during this time I feel like I should treat myself more because it’s a limited edition menu.
I had never tried the croissant, so I went to Starbucks for a taste. It was warm, buttery and flaky on the outside and was shaped almost like a muffin. Inside of the croissant was a mildly sweet, warm apple filling packed with the flavor of famous fall spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. I was honestly surprised that more people weren’t talking about this item when the menu came out because I enjoyed it so much.
The Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai is a popular and anticipatory drink for many, including me. I always find myself getting excited for the fall menu to come out for this drink. The sweet chai base pairs nicely with the sugary and rich pumpkin cold foam laid on top of the drink. Some people think that the drink is too sweet, but I think the cinnamon and pumpkin flavors balance out the sweetness. In my opinion, the combination of the drink and baked good are a nice treat either before or after a long day.
Another item that I tried was the Raccoon Cake Pop. I thought this item was so cute and fun for the fall season. The cake inside was a normal vanilla cake, but I still thought it was a fun treat and I enjoyed it because I am already a fan of their cake pops.
I believe that Starbucks does a very good job at keeping people hooked on their seasonal menus by adding and taking away new products each year. Two menu items they added in 2025 were the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and the Italian egg sausage bites. These two items shocked many people online, and I wish that I was able to try them while they were here. One online creator who is very vocal about his opinions on seasonal menus is @snackolator on Instagram.
Recently, they have also put out their winter menu, which is filled with even more iconic drinks and treats like the Peppermint Mocha and Cranberry Bliss Bar.
Overall, I do recommend trying Starbucks’ seasonal menus. In my opinion, Starbucks is always fun to go to when they have special items out because it’s a change from the ordinary cake pops and cappuccinos.
